We will have regular morning services! After which we will be have a dinner on the grounds then go out and knock on doors.
When we finish, we will gather back at the church and have an afternoon service, starting at 2:30. Evening service will be cancelled for this day.
Join us for a dinner after the morning service. Each family is asked to bring a main dish, side dish or salad, and a dessert. We will have an afternoon service and no evening service. We will have our annual church administration meeting after the dinner.
Our Adult Sunday school class will start a new series of lessons entitled "A Firm Foundation". Our curriculum will be a book by the same name written by Paul Chappell. The series includes lessons to help Christian families learn and apply Biblical principles in their homes. You will not want to miss a single week!
Paul states in I Timothy 2:1, 2, "I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty." We desire to fulfill this command by inviting elected officials to a Patriot Prayer Meeting to share their burden with us, and for us to pray for them. Please join us as we pray for our elected officials. This meeting, we welcome Havelock Mayor Will Lewis.
